Teacher

This is the Enneagram teacher who I am helping create an electronic presentation of her paper that she will present at a national conference in August. She is a brilliant woman and intensely passionate about helping others uncover their essence. She helped to open my eyes. Her teaching was integral in my rediscovery of my holiness, of me knowing that I was born perfect whole and holy and remain that way to this day. She has traveled a long road to rediscover her own connection with God. She loved God as a young girl, so much so she entered the convent to live a life dedicated to her faith.

The dogma of the institution wore away at her love, so much so she left the convent, prayer and even God. She has a thirst for knowledge and spent the next several years satisfying that need. She stumbled, on a day of searching, back into the Casa and has been there ever since. She rediscovered her own essence, her own connection and uses that discovery to help others find their holiness. It is her gift and she performs it beautifully.

She has an ability to explain conceptually what a host of people know experientially in their own hearts. Her mind has a grasp of huge issues of the human condition and how many different theories fit together. She then has the gift to pull the relevant information and fit it all together in a digestible form. She is patient and loves question, loves inquiry but most of all she loves when that "aha!" light bulb goes off in her students.

She loves her students dearly, same with her friends. They are often one in the same. She is a gift in my life, a gift in the lives of her friends, a blessing to her church and community and a living example of the God she loves. I give her my thanks and give the universe thanks for bringing her into this existence.
