I am making some short term goals to get myself out of this depression. Just one day at a time, one decision at a time.
So, here goes, for today through Sunday - I am productive and energetic at work; I will walk for exercise for each of the next three days; I will clean my house and put away my laundry; I will plan my Europe vacation; I will contact a life coach/spiritual director; I will eat healthy foods.
Those are my short term goals to move me out of this depression. I wish that so much of this blog was not filled with my sadness. I have energy and enthusiasm and a love for life - I just can't find it right now.
PS - What is with the damn Spam comments - losers.
