Each morning:
- Read that day's affirmation from the book I received from Merle for Christmas, "Believing In Myself, Self Esteem Daily Meditations"
- Meditate for 10 minutes, focusing on either that day's affirmation or my resolution
- Stretch for five minutes
Once, at anytime, during the day:
- Focus on the present moment by following my breath for two - five minutes. Use the time to reflect on my day; where have I been and where I am I going in my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realms
I am pleased to report I have honored my daily commitments for every day since January 2.
