2007 Daily Commitments

In support of my resolution I make the following daily commitments for 2007:

Each morning:
  1. Read that day's affirmation from the book I received from Merle for Christmas, "Believing In Myself, Self Esteem Daily Meditations"
  2. Meditate for 10 minutes, focusing on either that day's affirmation or my resolution
  3. Stretch for five minutes

Once, at anytime, during the day:

  1. Focus on the present moment by following my breath for two - five minutes. Use the time to reflect on my day; where have I been and where I am I going in my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual realms

I am pleased to report I have honored my daily commitments for every day since January 2.
